The Vietnam Project

The Vietnam Project at Texas Tech University is comprised of the Vietnam Center, the Vietnam Archive, the Virtual Vietnam Archive, and the Oral History Project. The Vietnam Center's "principal functions are to encourage the continuing study of all aspects of the American Vietnam experience, and to guide and assist in the development and growth of The Vietnam Archive at Texas Tech University." The Vietnam Archive "is dedicated to collecting, preserving, and making available for study the records of the Wars in Southeast Asia." The Virtual Vietnam Archive is in the process of digitizing all the non-copyright material and the Oral History Project "is designed to add to these holdings by preserving, through recorded interviews, the recollections and experiences of the men and women who participated in these Wars."
